Cancellation Policy

1. Plans don't renew on their own

Business and Studio plans are paid in advance, for one month or one year at a time. We never charge you again on our own: a new period starts only when you pay for it.

2. How to cancel

You can stop at any time, and there is nothing to switch off: simply don't pay for the next period. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. No refunds for part of a period

We don't refund the unused part of a month or year. The one exception is in our Refund Policy: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first payment.

4. When a plan ends

If you haven't paid for the next period, your account moves to the Free plan 3 days after the paid period ends. Nothing is deleted because a plan ended: you keep everything you have made, and the Free plan's limits and features apply from then on. You can pay for a plan again whenever you like.

5. Your data

You can download your data from Account Settings → Data & Privacy at any time, on any plan. If you want your data removed, delete your account from Account Settings: this deletes your account straight away, together with every organisation where you are the only owner and everything in it. Copies in our backups disappear within about two weeks. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, such as payment records.
