Frequently asked questions
Can I try Leaps before I pay?
Yes — the Free plan is the trial. There's no time limit and no card needed: use every tool within the Free plan's limits, and upgrade when you need more.
Do prices include GST?
No. Prices are shown without GST, and 18% GST is added at checkout, so Business at ₹749 a month costs ₹883.82. GST is reclaimable as input tax credit if your business is GST-registered.
How many people can I add?
Free is just you. Business: up to 3 people, you included. Studio: up to 10 people in each organisation, you included. There is no charge per person.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Creation stops when you reach a plan limit. Monthly allowances reset at the start of the next month. Free allows 200 stored snapshots per organisation; Studio allows 500 new snapshots per organisation per UTC calendar month. Heatmap history expires after the plan’s retention period.
How does paying work?
You pay for a month or a year in advance through Razorpay. Plans don't renew on their own, so pay again before the period ends to keep going. If you don't, your account moves to the Free plan 3 days after the period ends. Business records are kept; heatmap history follows the current plan’s retention period.
Can I switch plans?
You can move from Business to Studio at any time. Your Studio period starts on the day you pay, and unused Business days are not carried over. To move from Studio to Business, wait until your Studio period ends.
Does Leaps record visitor sessions?
No. Leaps shows click and scroll heatmaps and page analytics for your websites. It does not record or replay what visitors do.
Can I use my own domain for short links?
Not at the moment. Short links use the Leaps web address.
