Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to a plan. We also collect usage data through our analytics SDK, including page views, click events, scroll depth, and session recordings on websites where our tracking code is installed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, process transactions, send you notifications and updates, respond to your inquiries, and generate aggregated analytics for our customers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Analytics Data

Our analytics SDK collects behavioral data (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements) from websites where it is installed. This data is anonymized and aggregated to generate heatmaps and analytics reports. We do not collect personally identifiable information through the SDK unless explicitly configured by the website owner.

Website owners can add the data-leaps-ignore attribute to any HTML element (for example a password field or payment form) to exclude it from recording: clicks, rage-click detection, and input interactions inside that element are not tracked, and its text, input values, and images are blanked before any page snapshot or screenshot is captured.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication (JWT with HS256), password hashing (bcrypt), and role-based access controls. Your data is stored on secure servers with regular backups.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained according to your subscription plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing (Razorpay), authentication (Google OAuth), and email delivery (SMTP). These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data, opt out of marketing communications, and request information about what data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@qctech.in.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. See our Cookie Policy for more details on how we use cookies and how you can manage your preferences.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
