Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Leaps ("the Service"), operated by Quantum Culture Technologies ("we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leaps provides a suite of growth and analytics tools including QR code generation, URL shortening, invoice building, website heatmaps and scroll tracking. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Plans & Payment

Leaps has a Free plan and paid Business and Studio plans. What each plan includes, and its limits, are shown on our Pricing page; an organisation gets the plan of its owner. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added when you pay.

Paid plans are paid in advance through our payment processor (Razorpay), for one month or one year at a time. They do not renew automatically: we never charge you again on our own. If you have not paid for the next period, your account moves to the Free plan 3 days after the paid period ends, and your data is kept. Managed by Quantum Culture Technologies is agreed with us directly and is not sold through checkout.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, and ending a plan by our Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create QR codes or short links that lead to malicious, phishing or illegal content; send invoices for fraudulent or illegal transactions; track websites you do not own or are not allowed to track; get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures; or upload content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Analytics and Forms on Your Website

If you install the Leaps tracking script or a Leaps form on your website, you decide what it collects there and we process that data for you. You must tell your visitors about it and get any consent the law requires. Our Privacy Policy explains what the script collects and what it removes.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. You keep the rights to the content you create and the data you collect with Leaps.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitations

In no event shall Quantum Culture Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
