1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Leaps ("the Service"), operated by Quantum Culture Technologies ("QCT", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Leaps provides a suite of growth and analytics tools including QR code generation, URL shortening, invoice building, website heatmaps, scroll tracking, and session recording. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4. Use License
Permission is granted to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. Analytics data collected by our tracking SDK is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitations
In no event shall QCT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
