1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the site owners. Leaps uses cookies and similar technologies to deliver a better experience.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and security (protecting against unauthorized access), and your browser's storage for preferences (remembering your settings) and, only if you accept, analytics (understanding how our website is used). Our analytics SDK does not set cookies; on websites where it is installed it keeps a random visitor ID and session ID in the browser's storage.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Required for authentication and core functionality: keeping you signed in (session), remembering which organisation you are working in (leaps_org), and completing Google sign-in (oauth_state), a two-step sign-in (2fa_pending) or a team invitation (leaps_invite, leaps_invite_hop). Cannot be disabled.
Analytics Cookies
Optional and off unless you choose Accept All in the cookie banner. When on, a random visitor ID (qct_vid, kept until you withdraw or clear site data) and session ID (qct_sid, cleared when you close the tab) are kept in your browser's storage. Turn it off any time from Cookie settings in the footer of our public pages, which also deletes those IDs.
Preference Cookies
Remember your settings and preferences for a better experience. Your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's storage (cookie-consent).
4. Third-Party Cookies
We don't use advertising or social media cookies. Google sets its own cookies only if you sign in with Google, and Razorpay only when you make a payment. These services have their own cookie policies.
5. Managing Cookies
Use Cookie settings in the footer of our public pages to change your analytics choice at any time. Choosing Essentials Only or Disagree stops analytics straight away and removes its IDs from your browser. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings; essential cookies are needed to stay signed in.
